The agent contacted me quickly after asking for a service. They setup a time that worked for me and they were available on the weekends which is great for me. They came right away on the correct time and gave me a heads up before coming. They did a thorough job and finished their job quickly. They notified me of how bad my system was and compared it to the average house they go to. Their service was quick and they highlighted any information i needed to know. The payment was quick and easy and everything was transparent with no hidden fees. I had them come 2 years ago and since they do an amazing job I requested their services again. Their service shows in their amazing Google reviews and I would recommend them to anybody I knew who needed a furnace cleaning service.

Our technician – Kody was perfectly on time, courteous and did a wonderful job. Spots I thought would be impossible to come off were lifted and the carpet looks years younger. Would defiantly recommend this company! The quote was right on spec with the price we paid in the end and was cheaper than the price I was quoted by other companies.

Ken and Austin did a great job. Both were very friendly and polite with the kids and dog. Didn’t need any help moving things or finding vents. 26 vents done in under an hour. Booking with Mark was easy and a text reminder was sent the day before. Our house feels clean and refreshed.

We recently had Marc from Dang Good Carpet Cleaning attend our home to clean our carpets and I can honestly say we were greatly impressed with the quality of service we received. We had some stubborn stains that were difficult to remove and yet Marc returned on 2 occasions to ensure that the stains came clean. He was professional and honest in his assessment of what stains were/were not possible to treat. He put in a “110%” effort and was very diligent to see the job done right. Overall we are very pleased with the outcome of the carpets and would recommend Dang Good to anyone interested in getting their carpets cleaned.
