I recently had the pleasure of visiting Viana Dental to inquire about their new patient promotion. I was a little nervous and took a chance to walk in rather than call. I was greeted warmly and like an old friend. I was quickly reassured that dental anxiety is normal and that they had many options to help me. I was given the option of a weeknight appointment or a Saturday when I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to come in without taking time off work. The direct billing to my insurance company was a plus as was the meeting with the treatment coordinator to go over my treatment plan. I’m finally looking forward to going to the dentist!
