Booked service in summer of 2022 to have a window installed. We were told it would be installed in October. Received a call near the end of October after we reached out that they have been busy and we will be scheduled for November 11. The men installing rushed the job, charged for a header that was installed improperly and hadn’t done a final check as we found cracks in the vinyl frame after they had left. We had reached out to management and was told it would be fixed immediately. Our date got cancelled for December 21 the day prior. They finally gave an updated date for January 20 and at 5pm January 19th when we called looking for a time frame.. we were told the tech has an emergency and gone until mid February. We can’t continue our Reno until our $6000 window is fixed. Disappointed and do not recommend
